ABSTRACT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA
1. Select a covering sub-theme of the abstract.
2. Submit an abstract according to the below:

  • Maximum length of 300 words, excluding the title.
  • Title of abstract in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • Names of authors (initials of given names), working unit and organization.
  • Underline the name of the presenting author.
  • Layout should be in the order of the following subheadings:
    • Title of abstract
    • Background and purpose
    • Methods / Content
    • Results / Outcomes / Findings
    • Impacts / Implications for practice
    • Conclusion
  • In Word (.doc or .docx) file format, 12-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced.
  • Tables, graphs or images are not permitted in the abstract.
  • Provide the name, contact email address, working unit, and organization of the presenting author.

3. Only English is acceptable.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION STEPS

  • Abstracts must be submitted using the appropriate online form by scanning the QR code below or clicking the link provided.
  • An acknowledgement reply will be received upon successful submission.
  • After submission, the Scientific Programme Committee will review and select abstracts for presentation.
  • The presenting author of an accepted abstract must register within two weeks after receiving acceptance notification to have his / her abstract included in the final program.
  • Best presentation awards will be presented at the conference.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Submission deadline: 15 August 2025, 18:00 Hong Kong Time
  • Result will be sent to the presenting author on or before 15 September 2025, 23:59 Hong Kong Time
